The company is comprised of civil, pavement and geotechnical engineers, project managers, and laboratory technicians. Prashanthi J. Reddy, President and CEO
Mrs. Reddy has more than 15 years experience in engineering, management and administration. She is responsible for strategic growth and development, day-to-day operations, IT infrastructure and overall financial management of the company.
Haven L. Kicklighter, P.E., Chief Engineer and Senior Vice President
As Chief Engineer of ACCURA, Mr. Kicklighter is ultimately responsible for the quality delivery of the full range of services provided by ACCURA. He has more than 35 years of professional experience as a Principal Engineer and Project Manager. Prior to joining ACCURA, his entire career had been spent with LAW Engineering. During his carrier with LAW, he held many leadership positions including office manager of Law’s Atlanta office for 14 years.
Mr. Kicklighter’s engineering experience includes many of the signature projects in Metropolitan Atlanta. Types of projects include commercial and retail developments, high-rise office buildings, stadiums, sports facilities, reservoirs and dams, airport facilities and infrastructure improvements. He has experience with all types of foundations including high-capacity drilled piers and piles, soil and rock supported footings and mat foundations, retaining walls, and deep excavations. He has personally inspected most type of foundation systems and earth retaining walls and structures and has experience with excavations up to 50 feet in downtown Atlanta. Through the use of full-scale load tests, he has been able to provide innovative and value engineered solutions to most of his projects.
Subash R. Kuchikulla, Executive Vice President
Mr. Kuchikulla has a unique distinction of spending most of his professional career at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (H-JAIA) in Atlanta, GA. His responsibilities at the H-JAIA included the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance/Quality Control policies and procedures for all ongoing design and construction projects. In the past fourteen (14) years, Mr. Kuchikulla is associated with the design, building and construction at the Atlanta Airport in the amount of ~ 2.0 billion dollars. Prior to his association with the H-JAIA, he was engaged in teaching geotechnical engineering, laboratory materials testing, building sciences and mathematics at the university level, while pursuing his graduate studies. In conjunction with the Facility Management Group at the H-JAIA, he has also been instrumental with the development and implementation of the non-destructive testing program of the airfield pavement, which is an integral element of the Pavement Management System at the H-JAIA.
Richard L. Boudreau, P.E., Senior Pavement Engineer
Mr. Richard L. Boudreau has been instrumental in numerous pavement design, evaluation and pavement management projects and programs. His work at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport over the past decade makes him one of the more knowledgeable professionals regarding local materials and pavement performance. He has provided materials QA/QC management services during runway and taxiway construction phases at several airports, including Hartsfield Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Barbados Grantley Adams International Airport. This experience has enabled Boudreau to become very familiar with FAA specifications and the control of material production processes.
