East International Terminal –
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (H-JAIA)

The EIT project is a $750 million addition that includes a new terminal, parking deck, concourse, aircraft apron and associated infrastructure to support the new terminal.

ACCURA provided a Comprehensive Geotechnical Engineering Study for the new apron and associated infrastructure. The project included 40 feet high embankments and associated concrete cantilevered and reinforced earth retaining walls, relocation and/or protection of existing utilities including 2,000-foot long, 18-foot diameter Flint River Tunnel and construction of new NLVR Tunnel.
